Enable/Disable Appearance & Themes tab in Display properties

In some cases your Appearance & Themes Tabs may be missing in the Display properties. This is usually due to altercations made by windows admin or a virus in other case to the registry related to it.
If you havn't got it by now, just see the pic below

To Re-enable it or to disable it for security purposes, download the tool below.
Just double click on the file to enable/disable Appearance & Themes tabs.
