Enable/Disable Changing Wallpaper in display properties

Many times a virus changes the settings in such a way that you are not able to change the wallpaper through the display properties. So the following tool will help you to get the changing wallpaper option in display properties back.
Also if you want to disable this option in your xp, you can use this tool.

I used this, logged off, logged back on, and the wallpaper just changed to another wallpaper. The text on the icons are highlighted blue, and the taqb for wallpaper is STILL missing.
