Enable/Disable Task Manager

Task Manager(Ctrl+Alt+Del OR Ctrl+Shift+Esc) is an important windows program which helps you to keep track on the running programs, processes and other advanced issues. Since a virus can easily be detected by a task manager. So the first motive of a virus is to disable task manager. In such cases, whenever you press Ctrl+Alt+Del, the following error pops up.
